Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the tour will incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour.

Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries or services if necessary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Liability

Hellas Horizons will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tours, except where such liability is caused by our negligence. It is recommended that all participants have adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen incidents.
